Saturday, November 4th, the HBA of Metro Denver hosted it’s annual Marketing and Merchandising Excellence (MAME) Awards. Presented by the Sales and Marketing Council, MAME honors the top achievers in the new home industry. Awards are comprised of marketing, sales, interior design, architectural, and builder awards. These awards are presented to those who set the standard of excellence in the Denver home building industry. This year was the largest to date for both entries and attendees. Godden Sudik is so honored to have won four MAME Awards including Best Custom Home under 5,000 sq ft for a Castle Pines Custom with Masterpiece Custom Builders, Active Adult for Bellwether Residence 1 at RidgeGate with Berkeley Homes, Green Home Design for Beeler Park at Stapleton PWR Plan with Thrive Home Builders, and Design Series of the Year for Bellwether at RidgeGate with Berkeley Homes!
