What a year 2017 has been! Politically, economically, environmentally; its been an interesting year to say the least. Here at Godden|Sudik Architects, 2017 has been an immeasurably exciting year. Some thrilling things that have happened in 2017 include us moving into or new home and adding 685 square feet of office space that includes 8 new TVs, in August GSA celebrated 25 years in business with a combine 145 years of architecture experience between our 27 employs, Alex Jewett became a principal, and we added four new family members to the team! Between the 10 states that we worked in, including Colorado, Arizona, Florida, Minnesota, California, Maryland, Washington, Nevada, Utah, and Virginia, we designed homes in 21 new production communities and we designed 1,826 multifamily units. In the pursuit of those designs we killed 17 computers and won 11 awards, including MAME Design Series of the Year and CARE Project of the Year. Throughout the year we also added a number of new clients, while being sure to still take excellent care of our existing ones. We could not be prouder of the work that the Godden Sudik team has done in 2017.
