Christopher H. Cherabie, Associate AIA, was born and raised in the Denver metropolitan area. He graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Chris continued his educational pursuits by receiving his Masters of Architecture in 2012, where he received the AIA Henry Adams Medal for outstanding graduate. Chris followed his passions in design by spending a semester abroad in Rome, Italy. He also finds interest in playing the drums, listening to classical music, adventure traveling, studying hospitality design, and photography.
A recent graduate of University of Colorado's Master of Architecture program, Claire joined Godden | Sudik Architects in early 2014 where she brings her interest in systems efficiency to the development team.
As a new Colorado resident recently transplanted from St. Louis, I have nearly a decade of experience across a wide variety of project types including custom and production residential, ecclesiastical, senior living, educational, and university housing. Outside the office, I enjoy hiking with my wife and daughter, volunteering with Engineering Ministries International at points across the globe, and finding the best Indian food and BBQ joints in town.
A native of the North Star State, Derek has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Minnesota. He moved to Denver in 2008 to complete his Master of Architecture and Master of Urban & Regional Planning degrees from the University of Colorado, and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Away from the office, Derek enjoys hiking, volunteering, and traveling.
Don's passion for art, creativity, and the outdoors early in his life brought him into the field of architecture. With over 8 years of experience, he has worked on a variety of projects including high end custom residential, production housing, multi-family, and remodels. In his free time Don spends time with his wife and daughter, doing DYI projects around the house, and becoming a more avid runner and cyclist.
Heather joined the Godden | Sudik team in May as a CAD drafter. She has been working in the field for almost 15 years and just recently made it back to Colorado. She bought a house here after growing up in New York and living in Texas for many years.
Jennifer went to school at Colorado State University and earned a degree in Interior Design with a Construction Management minor. Over her career she has gained extensive experience in both architecture and interior design with in the custom home, hospitality and senior living markets. She also had the unique opportunity to work and live in Shenzhen, China to add to her diverse skill set. She enjoys spending time with friends and family and staying healthy and active.
After recently completing her undergraduate degree in Environmental Design at the University of Colorado, Boulder, Jenny joined the team last April. She grew up in the nearby mountain town of Evergreen, CO where she developed a passion for skiing, staying active, and photographing the great outdoors that surround her. Jenny spent a semester abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark studying urban design and sustainable architecture and brings that international knowledge and experience to our team.
Mr. O'Connor has over two decades of high end residential experience focusing on custom design and documentation. Before joining Godden Sudik Architects in 2006 Mr. O'Connor was employed by Sall Residential Design Group. Prior to this, his involvement in the architectural field began in Boston, Massachusetts. Although not directly involved in any projects, development in the downtown area and urbanism in general as well as transit and transit-oriented development are among Mr. O'Connor's interests.
Kellie Rowan joined the Godden|Sudik team in 2008. Graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2005 with a BA in History. While working at Godden|Sudik, Kellie has developed an appreciation of architecture, in particular Historic Denver Architecture, which encouraged her to purchase a home in Park Hill. In her free time Kellie enjoys spending time with her husband Drew and dog Winnie, gardening, traveling, cooking on her BlueStar range and trying the best new Denver area restaurants.
Kelsey grew up in Salida, CO and graduated from the University of Colorado in May 2013 with a degree in Environmental Design and a minor in Technology, Arts and Media. She also holds her LEED AP in Building Design and Construction and spends her free time with her new husband and puppy.
Kevin is an aspiring architect who brings his enthusiasm for residential architecture to the firm. His professional experience in residential, higher education, research and institutional work influences all levels of projects from preliminary design to Construction Documents. When not attending to our respected clients, the graduate from the CU-Boulder can be found spending time with his wife and husky, skiing, cycling the Front Range, fly fishing or out on the golf course working on his swing.
After graduating from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Kyle spent three years working in Florida on residential projects. Kyle likes long walks on the beach almost as much as he likes short walks on the beach.

Mr. Weigel has over thirty years of architectural experience covering a variety of residential and commercial projects. Mike's extensive background as a department manager, project manager, designer and CAD operator has given him the professional expertise to produce the highest level of quality control in product development.
Bowling phenom Desirae Zamora attended the University of Colorado, Boulder, where she earned a degree in Environmental Design. In her undergraduate career she developed a strong passion for art, culture, and adventure. This led her to study abroad in Sydney, Australia where she focused on sustainable urban design. As a Colorado native Desirae enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, camping, snowboarding, and listening to live music at Red Rocks Amphitheater.
After graduating from the University of Nebraska, Brenda moved to Colorado to begin her architecture career. Over the last 20 years she has worked on a wide variety of projects including commercial, hospitality, and multi-family, but her favorite by far is residential. Her residential work has included single family production, semi-custom, custom, new addition, and remodels for homes located in the historical district of Denver. In her free time outside of work, she loves to spend with her husband and twin daughters at the lake or at one of her kids' activities.
