Sonoran Dolce Vita

The “Dolce Vita” was one of the homes featured in the 2005 Parade of Homes at Pradera and was the overwhelming Grand Champion of the People’s Choice Awards.  This home is all about entertaining.  One of the home’s unique features is the use of the outdoors and nature to enhance the party/entertaining space this home amply offers. The indoor and outdoor space flow into each other to create an open and warm living area to compliment the Italian theme of the home. Stone and rough sawn were used to reflect the rustic qualities of a true Tuscan villa.  The multi-colored and textured stucco adds Old World charm.
