Mr. Brady has four years of residential architectural and planning experience covering a wide range of project types and sizes including single-family, multi-family and resorts.  Since joining Godden | Sudik Architects in 2004, Paul’s design talents and technical knowledge have become integral to the continuing success of Godden | Sudik Architects.

Paul has chosen to specialize in residential architecture with a focus on multi-family housing.  Some of the many multi-family projects Paul has been involved in include townhomes, small condos, 3-story walk-up condos, apartments, low income housing, senior housing, mountain time-share resorts, 4-story podium condominiums and mixed-use high density projects.

Before joining Godden | Sudik Architects, Paul was employed by firms in Nevada and California as a project manager on a historical restoration project and as an intern working on many housing and institutional projects.  Mr. Brady is a LEED Accredited Professional.
