Mr. Godden's thirty years of professional experience covers many different areas in the field of architecture, including residential, commercial, and industrial design.  Although he has experience with a wide range of building types, Mr. Godden specializes in the areas of single-family and multi-family housing design, affordable housing projects, land planning, resort development, hotel planning & design and living facilities for the elderly and physically impaired.

Prior to establishing Godden | Sudik Architects, Inc., Mr. Godden served as senior architect, designer, and business manager for several prestigious Denver area architectural firms including Knudson-Gloss Architects, Urban Design Group, The Martin Organization, and Habitat Design Group.  Mr. Godden was recently appointed as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Lone Tree.
