Century Communities - Bluffmont Estates

This triplex building is a very unique product.  The building has attached garages and there are people living on all sides.  To add variety and market appeal, this project incorporates four different elevation styles: French Country, Mediterranean, Craftsman and Cottage. The design intent was to create a mansion-style home.  From the outside – it looks like just one home! We used stucco and rough sawn details to create a rich and elegant elevation.
